Youthful in age yet mature in mind, Alisha has taken on every challenge presented to her in Real Estate with passion and a desire to exceed expectations.
Experience shows her clients love her friendly professional approach and as such her client base is growing at an exceptional rate.
Never one to be satisfied with just the required qualifications, Alisha is therefore continuing her Real Estate training by studying the Certificate IV in Property full licence course.
Alisha can also include Auctioneering to her list of Real Estate skills. The only female Auctioneer on the Mornington Peninsula and winner of the Harcourts Australian Novice Auctioneer 2008, she’s guaranteed to bring entertainment and excitement to each auction she conducts.
Alisha’s last profession was as a professional dancer and dance teacher, owning her own dance academy in Glen Iris at only nineteen years of age. After purchasing her first home at 22, and having completed a full renovation on the property, she was well and truly bitten by the property bug! Since then she has renovated her second property in her portfolio and soon hopes to make that one of many.
A resident of the area, Alisha is proud to call Frankston home and is excited by the development and infrastructure that is going to make Frankston the “place to be” in the near future.
